Daryl regularly works as an emcee for events, conferences and conventions. His capacity to engage an audience of all ages, his quick wit, his unflustered professionalism in dealing with the unforeseen and his organising abilities have all been praised by many satisfied clients. Recent events benefiting from Daryl's emceeing include the Australian Marketing Institute Conference Dinner, the Summer Festival (Kidz in the Park), the Managing Waste in a Changing Climate Conference(Launceston) and the Local Government Association of Tasmania Climate Change Conference.

Daryl's knowledge of, and passion for, Tasmania makes him a winner with interstate and international groups.

The value of humour

Daryl is currently pursuing a study of the value of humour in the workplace as a PhD student at the University of Tasmania .

For some years now, Daryl has been delivering accounts of his experiences with humour and laughter for many corporate, government and academic organisations laced with his skills as an entertainer.
