Daryl is one half of Tasmania's longest-running comedy duo which has just celebrated its 29th anniversary. The duo is in constant demand for sports clubs and for 'blokey' corporate functions. The act was a hit at the inaugural Hobart Comedy Festival in 2002 and again in 2003, and appeared at the National Folk Festival in Canberra at Easter 2005. The act has also appeared for national conventions and comedy clubs from Geelong to Dubbo.

Daryl also has a solo comedy act with recent appearances including the Penguin Surf Lifesaving Club 75th anniversary dinner, Harvest Moon Growers' Night - Forth, Wrest Point Casino Tassy Stands Up comedy road show (Tasmanian tour, 2005 / 2006).

Daryl's comedy poetry performances at the Cygnet Folk Festival since January 2004 earned him an invitation to perform at the National Poetry Debating competition in Canberra in 2005 and again in 2006.  Now he's heading back to Canberra for another go this Easter (2010).
